Registering as an Approved Contractor

For Home Construction, projects should be awarded to a contractor approved by HDFC. Registration requires the completed application form and the supporting documents listed below.

Application requirements

Registration as an approved contractor requires the filled application form and the following documents:

Company registration certificate

MoA and AoA copies

Profile of company

Permit from housing ministry (construction company)

Audited financials and audit report of last 3 years (if unavailable, submission may proceed without it)

GST statements and GST payment return voucher copies

Reference of projects completed in last 3 years (if unavailable, submission may proceed without it)

CVs, certificates and job descriptions of professionals (e.g. civil engineers, architects)
