Examination regulations

The exam regulations for Business Academy Copenhagen (EK) are the applicable for students, and they take effect from September 1, 2025. Unfortunately they are only available in Danish（https://www.ek.dk/om-os/love-og-regler#generelle-bekendtgoerelser-og-love-eksamensreglement-item） at the moment. Work is still ongoing to elaborate and harmonize the rules at EK. This also means that there may be areas and questions that, for example, are not yet addressed in the current exam regulations. Therefore, we expect a new set of exam regulations to be published by December 1, 2025. If you have questions or are unsure about the current exam regulations, please contact the student administration at eksamen@ek.dk.

Curriculums

Recognition

Cphbusiness is accredited under the Danish accreditation legislation for higher education, and our degrees can be used as accreditation for further studies. The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) ensures recognition within other European educational institutions.

ISCED levels

According to the ISCED (International Standard Classification of Education), the EK programmes offered have the following levels:
