Information Management
The Division is responsible for data processing, storing, updating, printing data and providing help desk to end users. The Division monitors and maintains all of the computer system, networks and making sure they are functioning properly, troubleshooting systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. The Division also serves as webmaster for the Ministry`s Website and works in collaboration with other divisions in achieving the statutory mandate of the Ministry.
Based on the evolution of Information Technology (IT) the division provides periodical training to end users on best methods in using the various applications to improve efficiency and productivity at the Ministry.
