Directorate of Construction and Projects
The Directorate of Construction and Projects is keen on establishing colleges and universities projects with all their requirements within good and appropriate technical and engineering specifications and as soon as possible to serve the educational and research process in these projects and creating competition in their implementation in quality and quantity in order to provide State institutions and the private sector in Iraq with basic and important scientific and technical competencies and to provide the infrastructure for the inaugurated universities accordingly, this Directorate is considered one of the important Directorates of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
