SPF Private Clients has helped secure property insurance for more than 1,000 Guernsey Housing Association (GHA) homes across the island.
The appointment was led by our team in Guernsey, working alongside Howden’s specialist Real Estate team in Manchester to place GHA’s property insurance programme with Allianz.
GHA is one of Guernsey’s largest providers of affordable housing, providing rented, partial ownership, extra care and key worker homes for islanders.
For a residential portfolio of this size, having a detailed understanding of the properties and the organisation behind them can make an important difference when approaching insurers.
Our local team worked closely with GHA to understand its requirements before combining that knowledge with Howden’s specialist real estate insurance expertise and access to the wider insurance market.
