Notice about Trigon Dividend Fund
AS Trigon Asset Management (“Company”) informs about adopting new rules and prospectus for Trigon Dividend Fund (“Fund”).
Changed rules have been approved by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority with its decisions no 4.1-1/27 on 23rd of February 2026 and the changes become effective on the 23rd of March, 2026 (“Effective Date”). The changed rules and prospectus of the Funds are available on the website of the Company https://trigoncapital.com/all-documents/.
The fund rules and the Prospectus have been amended due to the establishment of two new unit classes: Trigon Dividend Fund E EUR and Trigon Dividend Fund E USD.
