Employment Forum
A Nationwide Employment Program Across Georgia
To address unemployment and strengthen the role of women in the labor market, GPI Holding implemented a large-scale employment project in 2016–2017 . The program created employment and career-growth opportunities for approximately 580 people across Georgia, including middle-aged and senior candidates with diverse backgrounds, experience levels, and social statuses.
The employment program was based on a multi-stage selection process with minimal entry requirements, placing primary emphasis on candidates’ motivation .
