If car accident was your fault and other person’s life, health or property suffered a loss, we will reimburse your expenses depending on your limit.
What Is Included?
This package covers the costs of an accident caused by you that results in damage to another person’s property or health.
The cost of the policy depends on the insurance limit — you can choose between 5,000 or 10,000 lari limits and pay 12 or 20 lari per month. In this case, the vehicle’s year of manufacture and the driver’s age do not affect the price.
In the event of damage to another person’s property, a deductible of 100 lari applies, meaning that if the damage is assessed at 500 lari, 400 lari will be reimbursed.
For damage to a third party’s life or health, the deductible does not apply, and the loss is fully covered within the insurance limit.
You do not need to have your own car insured to purchase third-party liability insurance — it can be bought independently.
